• Drive lugs damaged by misalignment or excessive load on one side
• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, wrong dimension and use beyond the track design
• Damage caused by poor machinery condition, machinery adjustment or incorrect maintenance for chassis
• Damage caused by using in inappropriate environment condition
• Small apparent defects and surface damage that don't affect performance
• Incorrect use or installation judged by TAITE company

For tracks replaced due to defects in materials and workmanship during the original warranty period:

• If paid cost for user is ≤50%, warranty limited to remainder of original period
• If paid cost for user is >50%, replacement carries full new track warranty
